This site is operated by GEXCAP INC., 2423 SW 147th Avenue, Miami, FL 33185, United States, trading as MALTA FLAG. GEXCAP INC. decides why and how the details described below are handled, and is the controller for them. The company is in the United States, so anything you send is handled there.

The enquiry form runs entirely in your browser. What you type — your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the service you picked and your message — is composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with that message written out, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing you type is stored on this website, and nothing is transmitted anywhere until you send it yourself in WhatsApp. Once you do, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms, and we hold it in our WhatsApp account for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and our records of it.

To the WhatsApp number shown on the site. We use what you send only to answer you and to carry out the work you ask for. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your enquiry. The site publishes no e-mail address, so no enquiry can reach us by e-mail.

This site carries the Google Ads tag, which measures whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. It is switched off until you allow it: on your first visit the tag is loaded with all advertising and analytics storage denied, and a banner asks you to choose. If you accept, Google may set cookies on your device and receive your IP address and details of the pages you view, as described in Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. If you decline, no advertising cookie is set and the tag records nothing that identifies your device. You can change your answer at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.

Your answer to the cookie banner is kept in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again. If you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign identifiers in the link (gclid and utm parameters) are kept in session storage for the length of that visit, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the right campaign; they are discarded when you close the tab. The site itself sets no cookies of its own. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

The web server records each request — the IP address it came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. That is what keeps the server secure and diagnosable. These logs are rotated and deleted after fourteen days, and they are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, or ask for a copy of it. Message us on WhatsApp on the number shown on this site and say what you want done; we will deal with it within a month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority. Where we rely on your consent — the advertising cookies — you can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link, and that does not affect anything that happened before you did.

This is a service for vessel owners and their advisers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.

If what the site does with your details changes, this page changes with it, and the date it last changed is published in the site's own metadata for that page.
